No refunds will be issued once an order has been placed and processed. If there’s a genuine issue, customers are encouraged to reach out to our support team. Every case will be reviewed on an individual basis.

Delivery Policy – Desi Basket
We are committed to delivering your groceries fresh and on time. Here’s how our updated delivery system works:
1. Delivery Timing
- Orders placed via the app will be delivered the next day before 11:00 AM.
2. Delivery Charges
- Free delivery for orders over ₹300.
- ₹30 charge for orders within 3 km.
- ₹50 charge for orders beyond 3 km.
3. Express Delivery
- Not available.
4. Delivery Areas
We currently serve select areas within Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad. Please check availability in the app.
5. Delivery Timelines
We strive to deliver on time. However, delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
