Welcome to Desi Basket! By using our vegetables and fruits delivery app and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Order Placement
All orders placed through the Desi Basket app are subject to availability and acceptance by Desi Basket.
2. Payment
- Payment must be made at the time of placing the order via the app using available payment options.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not accepted.
3. Wallet Policy
- A minimum balance of ₹500 must be maintained in the app wallet to place orders.
- Customers maintaining an average daily wallet balance of ₹1000 will receive interest at 1.5% per month, calculated daily.
4. Delivery Policy
- All orders placed through the app will be delivered the next day before 11:00 AM.
- Delivery Charges:
- Free delivery for orders above ₹300.
- ₹30 delivery fee for orders within 3 km.
- ₹50 delivery fee for areas beyond 3 km.
- Express Delivery is not available.
5. Personal Information
Your personal information (name, phone number, email address, etc.) is collected only for the purpose of order processing and communication.
6. No Refund Policy
Orders once placed cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed for delivery.
8. Information Accuracy
We strive to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on the app. However, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy at all times.
9. Modification of Terms
Desi Basket reserves the right to update or change these terms and conditions without prior notice.
